Missouri 5th Offense DWI
A person convicted of a fifth DWI Offense is considered a “Chronic Offender” which means the person has previously been found guilty of four or more intoxication-related traffic offenses committed on separate occasions which is classified as a Class C Felony. The penalties for a fifth offense are as follows:
Jail Time: For a class C felony, a term of years not less than three years and not to exceed ten years; a chronic offender shall not be eligible for parole or probation until he or she has served a minimum of two years imprisonment;
